Het seizoen is geopend:

We waren van de partij op de 1e dag van de opening van de jacht in het department de Champagne Ardennen. Eigenlijk was het veel te warm om te jagen  toch maar gedaan en dat leverde een paar mooie plaatjes op:

2009

Huntingseason is closed. our dogs stayed with our frien frederic in France foor training. We had some bad luck with the trails for 3 out of 4 were cancelled for some reason. Luckily we could compete with 2 packs of 8 dogs at the huntingtrial on roedeer  in Montreuil sur Tonnance. We had GREAT results: all dogs passed their test and 2 dogs were awrded with EXCELLENT, which doesn't happen very often!

Also our new bitch Alpha passes her test and got a Brevet with 110 points, she participated in teh pack of mr. Chatelais.

Because we hunted our dogs ourselves we could not take any pictures so there is only 1 of the `after Hunt´

Januari 2007

The huntingseason is halfway and we want to compete in some tests so we have to practice with our dogs. In an area of 600 Hectare where there is roedeer, wildboar and Stag, we could work opur dogs together with our friend Frederic´s dogs for they would form a pack of 8 that would be competing in next months trial. Hopefully more news on that later. That hunting in France is directed by strict rules can be seen in the result of the day. Here´s an impression 

		More than 7 deer crossed our path but.....none of them were shot!

waiting for your turn in pooring rain

As the week before we got some marvellous results with our dogs under terrible conditions: hard wind and pooring rain! Nevertheless Sologne and Quefois both got a 130 points which is graded as Very Good! Because of the bad weather not all the photo's  worked out.

12-02-06 Renwez France

3 new dogs were able to pass their hunting test on roedeer! Tartuffe, Rigolo and Quefois all three got their Brevet de chasse! An impression of the day:

Prima Donna became a French Champion !

The first and only non-french bred Basset Griffon Vendéen ever to achieve this!

Huntingtest in the French Ardens at Renwez 20-02-05

a couple of "du Greffier du Roi" got their huntingcertificat:

Sans Doute 140 points, Sologne 125 points, Wali Frederic 125 points. So they all got a Très Bon! Here you can see what the weather was like...........

and this is what is was all about: finding  Roedeer in de woods and work the trial out.
